We want you to love your Seychelles shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure soles are clean and free of scuffs to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
